Issachar Dror

Program Director, Jaffa Institute

Issachar manages the Jaffa Institute’s educational programming and immediate support services. His responsibilities include hiring and supervising all of the program staff; program design, implementation and evaluation; management of support services (hot lunch program, dental clinic, learning disorder clinic, etc); maintenance of the program sites; and direct supervision of all program and service budgets. Before coming to the Jaffa Institute in 1992, Mr. Dror was the Manager of Community Services in the City of Rosh Ha’ayin’s Department of Welfare, as well as a Community Worker in the city of Hod HaSharon’s Department of Welfare. He received his Bachelor of Social Work from Bar Ilan University in 1983 and his Master of Social Work from Bar Ilan in 1997.
