Mitch Chupak

Director of Development, Jaffa Institute

Mitch was born in Bronx, NY and made aliyah in 1972. He studied Human and Community Services at Tel Aviv University and SUNY. After graduation he worked with children who were institutionalized due to emotional and developmental problems. Recognizing the importance of project development and funding to develop the projects, Mitch became involved in administrative positions where he was able to assist in bettering projects. He was the representative for Beit Ha’Lochem, Disabled Israeli War Veterans, B’nai Zion Medical Center in Haifa, and the Haifa Medical Development Fund. Mitch serves on the Los Angeles – Tel Aviv – Partnership Committee for Health and Human Services and founded and chairs the Fundraiser Forum in Israel.
