The Neve Ofer Crisis Intervention House is a 12-bed emergency residential facility for children from Jaffa, Bat Yam and South Tel Aviv who are removed from their homes suddenly by the local department of Welfare and Social Services due to parental incarceration, parental neglect and/or abuse. Every effort is taken to ensure the children’s lives are disrupted as little as possible. For example, they continue to go to the same schools and see their families on a weekly basis, often under supervision. In addition, the center is run by a married couple who create a warm, happy and homely environment for these vulnerable children. Support the Neve Ofer Crisis Intervention House and help ensure that these children continue to have a loving environment to call home.
