Programs
The Jaffa Institute has developed cutting edge programs to meet the grave needs of children living below the poverty line throughout Jaffa, Holon, Bat Yam, south Tel Aviv, Rishon Le Zion and Beit Shemesh.
Living in neighborhoods where the majority of parents and caregivers are unemployed, these children are physically and emotionally undernourished and too often suffer from neglect and/or abuse. With an alternative of violence and crime waiting for them on the streets, our wide range of programs provide children with the tools they need to maintain a strong character, achieve academic success and function productively within mainstream society.
The Jaffa Institute adheres to a holistic approach in caring for the children. Our services encompass the child’s family and community, creating a wide network of continuing support that remains with the child as s/he develops.
Held at warm, inviting, and safe Centers and Residential Facilities – our programs offer everything a child needs to have a secure childhood and flourish through adulthood.
