From food and tutoring assistance to emotional counseling and art therapies, The Jaffa Institute offers a holistic approach to child development.

Job description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Fundraiser located in the Tel Aviv District, Israel. The Fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies, building relationships with donors, organizing fundraising events, and managing donor communication. The role will involve working closely with the community and stakeholders to support the organization's mission

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Fundraising experience, Relationship Building, and Event Planning skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong organizational and project management skills

  • Knowledge of fundraising best practices and donor relations

  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team

  • Fluency in Hebrew and English (written and verbal)

  • Experience in the non-profit sector is a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Business Administration, or related field
