Dear Friends, There is a mother I think about often. We'll call her Leah. She works two shifts a day, raising three children alone. Before she came to The Jaffa Institute, there were nights she watched the pantry empty while counting the days until her next paycheck. She told us: "I can finally sleep at night knowing my children do not have to go to bed hungry." Leah is one of 3,000 families who will turn to The Jaffa Institute this Rosh Hashanah for help putting food
