Dear Friends,
In the 43 years that have elapsed since The Jaffa Institute opened its doors in 1982, I have cried out many times. Again and again, our country has experienced emergency crisis situations and I found myself turning to my closest friends for help. Over the years, you and others helped us get through the roughest times and somehow emerge stronger than ever.
Today, we face one of the most challenging periods in our history. Demand for our programs is higher than ever, but resources are scarce. We’re stretching our resources to the limit, but the children and seniors who rely on us are still waiting — vulnerable, anxious, and in need. In the face of this crisis, our dedicated staff didn’t hesitate — they rolled up their sleeves and took action. From delivering food packages to comforting families in distress, they have been on the frontlines, offering hope and hands-on help where it's needed most.

800 children need our safe and enriching summer program.
380 elderly and Holocaust survivors are waiting for their essential food packages.
The ongoing war has left many grappling with trauma and panic.
